At this time, we are referral only. This policy is in place to ensure we provide the best care possible to our patients. We accept referrals from both primary care physicians and specialists.

Referral guidelines:

• All referrals should include a referral diagnosis, demographics page, insurance information, and recent office visit notes pertaining to the referral. Please send applicable imaging, testing, and bloodwork.
• If patient has previously seen another allergist, please send those records as well, or ask that your patient have them sent prior to their visit
• If you are referring a patient for environmental allergies, please refrain from ordering serum testing prior to the visit. This may keep us from performing skin testing, which is both more sensitive and comprehensive, as insurance may not pay for both.
